Bella Piazza is a brand new award winning luxury resort situated in the middle of Berry Town, Davenport, Orlando and within easy walking distance for all your daily needs, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets. The resort has been designed with excellence and quality in mind from the granite work surfaces and superb finishing in the condo to the charm and tranquility of a Meditterranean village featuring tiled roofs, lush tropical landscapes, outside BBQ areas, relaxing courtyards, fitness centre and two resort style heated pools including a childrens' fun pool and also a spa.

Accommodating up to 8 people our 3 bed 3 bath Condo is conveniently located on the ground (1st) floor and consists of 1 King Suite, 1 Queen Suite, 2 Twin beds with en suite and Queen sofa sleeper. There is access to wireless Internet, cable TV and free long distance phone calls, so there's no excuse for telling your friends what a great time your having. There is a south facing terrace with views straight across the conservation pond of the resort and situated only a very short walk to the pool, fitness centre, and clubhouse.

You are also only a short drive to the many more famous attractions in Orlando, Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld and if you like waterparks there's Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon.

Golf features widely in Orlando and our condo at Bella Piazza is ideally situated with some of the finest courses right on our doorstep, Highlands Reserve is only 350 yds away, there is also Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, top 100 rated by 'Golfweek'. to name but a few.

And if thats not quite enough for you there are many shopping malls close by including the the town centre mall just off Berry Boulevard or a short drive to the Florida Mall. Berry Town also offers many varied restaurants to enjoy. There is a huge choice for you to explore.

Bella Piazza resort is located in the centre of Berry Town, Davenport, Orlando at the intersection of HWY 27 and Sand Mine Road. From Orlando International Airport the journey time is approx 30 minutes following the exit sign for 417 south, follow along 417 south until it merges with 1-4 West. You then take exit 55 onto US 27 and approx. 5 miles down on the left you will find Bella Piazza.
