How to Book
To book your vacation letting a deposit of 25% is to be paid at the time of reservation and the remaining balance due paid in full, 8 weeks before your stay.
Bookings taken less than 8 weeks in advance are to be paid in full.
A security deposit of $350.00 dollars is required and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the condo when you leave.
